This is the Navy, not the Army lol. I think instead I'll just keep running longer and more and stick to vanilla crunches and pushups. With this old Total Gym machine I dragged out I can do inclined crunches and other shit on it.Quote from AshlanderAlso id throw like 50 pounds into a backpack when you go running from now on. In basic you'll have to march and sometimes run with about 70 lbs on your back.

I wasn't in the Army, i was in the Air Force. This is all stuff we did daily, you should expect to see it too. =P

Ah.
Well you must admit, the Navy is one of the "easiest" branches of the military. I think the Airforce has higher demands than the Navy. So far all I've been told to watch out for in ROTC (boot camp) is to know the 11 general orders of a sentry. That is the one thing they will hammer your ass on.

Quote from MiniManI do crunches but I do need to do pushups more.
With my crunches what I do is do 20, rest, then 19, rest, then 18 and so on. Then when I get to 1 I go ahead and do a full 20. Same with "Atomic Leg Lifts" that work the lower abs but I start at 10 for those. The running isnt so bad anymore. I remember when I couldnt even ****ing run nonstop around the short part of the block. Now I can run around the entire neighboorhood (a mile) just fine. I still need to do pushups though.
I just took a BODYSHOT oh myself and compared it to some older ones from late March. All I can say is, feels good man. 8)
Some people are into flat chests you know.
I just feel like I should recommend doing what I do. I do 18 pushups a minute for 30 minutes, which totals out to like 540 pushups. I started out doing it at 10, which is pretty easy (assuming you can already do ten pushups) and just added one or two every week or so. It's pretty cool because you can do the pushups, then do other stuff for 30-50 seconds, like read, post on SPP, fap and whatnot. It's also an easy, albeit good workout. A few weeks from when I started I saw a noticeable improvement in my chest buffitude (I can post shirtless pics if you really want, big boy ;) ) and yeah. It's pretty cool. Think about it, the work out, not me shirtless.
If you can't do ten pushups just start with how many you can do reasonably easily and work your way up :D

I really don't work out at all, but I'm in considerably good shape. Maybe it's from biking everywhere.
I should get into that stuff though
