Haha, yeah. Pretty sweet RHG! But one minor error I suggest you fix is in the info it says "an genius" Overall, sweet RHG. And I wish to see you in future battles!

It's OP because he can control time. So if he makes any mistakes during the battle, he can go back and fix them.

He's op because he can slow down time for more than one and a half minutes.
Because this is so long, it seems really broken, but especially considering how most RHG battles aren't longer than 4 minutes .
and Yana power + his magic book aren't explained well.

His weakness is 1 minute and 40 seconds because thats how long he can animate something.

So basically any animator just has to make a longer cooler anim. Case closed.

Also, What exactly IS the Yana power? It sounds like some sort of summoning magic.
I can't think of any RHG's that summon things instead fighting themselves off the top of my head. This might just be your chance to be different!
