In the year 2001, a massive nuclear power plant collapsed in the city of Retroville. As a result, nuclear waste was released into the air, water, land and everywhere else. Billions of people died in this tragedy. Only a few lucky ones survived including this young boy, Luke.
14 years later after the tragic incident... People were already starting to move on from what happened. They were beginning to be happy with their lives and everything.
One day, Luke felt something strange in him. Something he couldn't explain. So he went to the doctor, but none of them could tell what was going on. When he arrived at home, he felt an ENORMOUS charge of energy inside him. Then, highly-acidic nuclear waste started coming out from his hands. He looked at the mirror and saw his eyes glowing. He knew this wasn't normal, so he ran outside to ask for help.
But as he went outside, nuclear power-charged balls came out from his arms. blowing up everything in his path. People got terrified of him! They started to call the police, even the SWAT team. The others started calling him names like "freak". Luke tried to explain, but no one ever listened. The police finally came. Luke didn't know what to do anymore, so he ran away as far as he could with shame, on a place where he cannot disturb anyone anymore with his presence.
By then on, he lived all by himself with no other being insight. Then one day while wandering in the middle of nowhere he found note. Says in the note: "Do you have an amazing ability? Then join us and battle with RHGs". Luke had his hopes up :p , thinking that the world of RHGs could finally be his stepping stone towards the place where he really belongs.
So, he started TRAINING! :D and eventually he gained control over his powers. Then he finally concluded that all his abilities came from the genetic mutations that was caused by the tragic incident 14 years ago.
The young Luke that you knew before, is now long gone. He decided to have a new name, something that would really fit for who he is. So now, say hello to... Nuke The Desolator.
