[ Story ]
Shinikaru woke up dazed in a cell. The only thing he remembered was a man with a red sword. Desperate to regain his memory, he broke out after uncovering his new powers. He escaped from the desolate place. He knew it was power from the Gods. Finding his way to the states, he got hints on this man with the powerful sword. He found himself joining RHG, buying a gun, and changing his name from Shinikaru to the English translation, Cynical, or Cyn for short.

He isn't afraid to die.
Willing to risk himself to win.
He can cast, manipulate, and redirect lightning.
He can shoot pretty well.
He has immense strength.
He is pretty tolerant of pain.

[ Weaknesses ]

Tolerance of pain does not cancel damage, its still inflicted.
