He is really fast

His Cigarette can be explosive if he isnt the one holding it.

He doesnt take anything seriously so he its a easy chance to attack him

Story:
He was born an assassin but then he got reckless and started to kill targets in plane site.He was wanted for $10000000
some one claimed to kill him but a couple days later Ruz killed him.Now he was wanted for over 3 bill.So now hes hiding waiting for his next victim.
Well not really he kinda lives in a old shack that anyone can enter but beware for he is in it.
