You just add more frames, and try to smooth it up a bit, starting to move faster and faster, then after stopping a run sequence/combo attack, you start to animate the stick figure with a bit more double frames, but not too much.
Or export it as a .avi edit it and ect. with movie maker and export it as a mp4 and upload it to youtube
Youtube videos are far too much hassle, unless they're purposefully made to be one, like a collaboration of animations, a big final animation thing or something meant to go with sounds and stuff.
For a 16 second practice animation where I don't see any attempt at easing, flow, smoothing, or even a floor? I mean, yes he's a beginner, but if you're going to publish your work all official-like you'd strive on that piece.
Everyone here, I suggest going to the tutorial section on http://thedarkdemon.com/index.php because it's pretty much the best pivot tutorial section out there. Firecracker even has a combat tutorial I suggest everyone here start off with tests- like a walk loop, run loop, easing a ball, etc. things everyone starts off with, and then try to learn and hone those things.
Yes I know, you want to fight for fun, but if you don't, fights are just gonna end up like this if you go against flashies or better pivoters like myself:

I'm always up to help out a pivoter who really does want to improve, but I'd really prefer it if you show me .GIFs, not youtube vids. I can direct you to tutorials, teach stuff, etc. I can be, what that one bloke said, "Senpai".

But remember folks!
Well just like I told you ,I cannot export my animations as .GiF because they appear as one image rather than a video
And I'd rather learn on my own way ,watching some tutorials just make me loose my focus ,and gets me a little bit stress ,that's why I rarely watch them
