Belt when activated makes anything and everything a better strong version of itself. A water gun becomes a hydrocannon, a dog becomes a monsterous beast, and the normal looking person wearing it becomes a stronger, faster, and ramp'd. Even with these powers Ramp'd relies on knowledge of the enemy more than anything because the enemy gets stronger too.

Not very strong , fast, or battle capable in any way without the belt. Just a normal weakling. The enemy is likely stronger before the belt's effects so afterwards they are a much worse threat.
