And uh, for sound quality you can go to file --> publish settings --> flash --> press "set" for audio stream, and then put the bit rate at say, 128kbps and set the quality to "best"

Unless you're already doing that and the problem is somewhere else.

Wait a sec. If the initial draw time was 1 month and one of you hadn't finished yet, then why don't bother waiting for the other to complete his first and instead you guys rushed the deadline?

I thought he was getting a bit annoyed since he most likely wanted to battle other people and he already finished his battle like 1 week in and my flash cc file then corrupted so I had the 10 days.

Well if he eagerly wants to battle another then just do it without rushing your battle's draw time yo. Also extend it if possible. It's like pretty much unfair to you then, especially with your Flash having the error times like that.
But yeah, still. I personally think you should try to learn managing your frameworks more. You still got lots of wobbliness on your animation, and I suggest you to fix it in the next battle if you can. Find some tutorials, and maybe try to learn Hyun's recent combo school if you haven't yet, or his old ones if that one's too long. Learn, and practice on the canvas. Should be helpful, I think.
