As much as a lot of my nominations aren't serious, I did try to make sure that none of them is that bad. Dickbutt is like the only one like that, but you got rid of him. If I'm right and you're talking about The Girl in the Illusionary World (Clannad), then let me try to justify first before outright blacklisting me man.

She may not be a battle character, but she does have a power. A non-spoilerific power would be that she can create functional stuff from garbage, even robot bodies that can be possessed by wandering spirits or something. A Clannad spoilerific power would be:

"Clannad and Clannad:After Story Spoiler, read it you're okay with that" (Click to Show)

I believe that a "fair fight" is one where the environment allows both users to use their powers to their potential, so the setting would be in some junk-filled place in the Illusionary World with whatever her opponent requires to be as strong too, so she can still probably beat someone or something.

She's not a complete troll character. Is she the strongest? No. Would it be interesting if she's paired with someone she can potentially beat? Kind of partially why I nominated her, but still I admit I didn't think she'd be a serious contender for the gold. You did say that it didn't have to be the strongest characters.

For Dane Klassen:

His reference sheet and audition.

He hasn't done any battles yet, but he has experiences with different kinds of monsters.

Smile, your description of her classifies as a Joke Character---a character with only one exploitable gimmick that is in no way fair for half of the roster even if its not entirely OP. Veir has justified his Magikarp entry so it's happened, but you don't so much as say anything remotely justifiable, expecting it to make it in.

Anyways...onwards!

This is gonna sound weird, but if we're going with Veir's interpretation here, Magikarp takes it easily. I've never known Crash for anything but his tenacity. His villain isn't exactly the worst thing so I don't really see Crash doing anything serious and dark.

Combat-wise they're both easily matched, but Raphael's got a tough exterior. Literally. Plus, his brutal training exceeds Jak's own, able to take even superhuman levels of torture. He's also the meanest of the 4 turtles and especially in a solo battle he'll have no qualms going all the way.

This is weird. Yamato would take it with just one well-placed shot, but on an even field, The Kid can easily manage this what with all his tools and weapons. He's also mentally prepared and quite resourceful.

As much as I hate to admit, FLLFFL would probably cut Red down AND take out all his Pokemon first just to humiliate him. Even at level 99, these pokemon still need to be coordinated and orchestrated by some powerless brat so yeah, I wouldn't put it past him.

Block E Results:
Crash beats Magikarp (7-3)
Jak beats Raph (8-1)
Yamato beats The Kid (7-3)
FLLFL beats Red (7-4)

===============================

Carnage proves to be the harder monster to kill. Also, he's more insane of the 2 and is a serial killer at heart. It would be a slugfest for sure, but endurance-wise Carnage will come out on top.

Duke Nukem. I've played the original games and I can definitely say that his badass overlaps Joe's. Also, he's got guns, including a shrink ray whereby Duke immediately stomps you to death. Joe can't evade that and his ranged capabilities are lacking.

I wanted to abstain this weird battle but it would've caused an unnecessary tie so I'm calling it right now: Leeroy. Yeah, surprise the first meme entry to actually make it. Leeroy has established himself enough to have his cockiness equate to sheer power. Rayman's powers come from his lums and fairies.

Sorry Cohen, but Ilidan takes this. Assuming Cohen is as strong as your stereotypical barbarian, that would put him at least on par with Thrall. And Ilidan beats Thrall.

Block L Results:
Carnage beats Gluttony (6-4)
Duke beats Joe (6-4)
Leeroy beats Rayman (5-4)
Ilidan beats Cohen (7-2)

===============================

Tiebreaker Results:
Stitch beats Rocket Raccoon (5-4)

I'll assume that since all the fighters are at their prime, Triangle would have both of his arms. Also, is Shirou alone or does he have Saber?

I'm not familar with the Fate series. Can you give me some info about it? What's the diff and what's "more consistent"

I'm not a fan either, but from what I can gather, it's some sort of periodic mage war and various people, mages and mundane, suddenly get servants based off mythological and historical figures. It's originally some sort of game/visual novel but I don't really know.

Damnit we need Azure on this. Or can someone else shed some light?

Look it was to my understanding that he was nominated alone, so the assumption is, he isn't with anyone. I just linked something where he's with someone

Jax - Sure, Sagat knows Muay Thay but that doesn't help against someone who uses everything else. Jax most likely has experience dealing with hand-to-hand combatants as well.
Sagat

Jake - I'm sorry Azure, but Dane's just an ordinary vampire hunter with a tragic past and a chip on his shoulder. Jake on the other hand, he can easily overwhelm him with his myriad of transformations.
Dane

Arthas
Trafalgar - Arthas seems mighty but Trafalgar overpowers him with his room-hax, if this guy was an RHG Waffles would have an aneurysm from how OP he is. Heh, he's kinda like Yukari and capable of beating the three Touhou characters I nominated.

Layton
Bill - Layton's a smart man, there's no denying that, but a smart man would concede when he's faced with an experienced soldier while all he has is his swordsmanship and puzzle-solving skills.

========================

Baymax - Woah, I didn't know Big Hero 6 was from existing material. Assuming we're going by the Disney movie and he's let loose, he'll overwhelm Link with his unrelenting physical blitz. If we're going by the comic version, then Baymax still has this.
Link

Doomsday - He killed Superman, do you know how powerful and indomitable you have to be to do that? More than enough to beat Laharl, that's for sure.
Laharl

Xenomorph - Big whoop that Koh's a mythological figure that takes people's faces, good luck dealing with something with acid blood and brood spawning.
Koh

Triangle - How poetic of you to pick someone whose ability resembles Cat's in his own way. I have faith in my main machine-man, even though it seems that Shirou has this at first glance. Even though the mage's hax-vision and weapon copying might seem formidable, he seems like a shaky teenager who would quiver at the sight of a rampaging metal barbarian careening towards him at 50 km/h. Triangle is strong, durable and carries a lot of momentum in his attacks. He has no subtlety unlike Shirou's previous opponents and will relentlessly continue fighting until either of the two are destroyed. And Triangle, being a repurposed mining robot, can keep this up far longer than him.
Emiya Shirou

Not voting on the tiebreaker.

I don't know...
Are we taking into the fact that contra is a game where your main character(Usually Bill) dies in one hit?
I don't know if they changed it or something in the newer games, but if he dies by one hit, maybe it is possible for layton to win.
Plus, in the Unbound future, he made THIS.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E_yXxmWLeA
If that isn't amazing, I don't know what.

Actually, it can be your interpretation. Like I said, you can argue towards anything as long as there is a sense of logic to it. So you can say that Bill loses because he could just take one hit to die.

If there were more people arguing, maybe we'd have more ridiculous voting schemes

Jax
Sagat

Jake
Dane

Arthas
Trafalgar
Reason: This guy's a freakin' nightmare. He can just make his opponent to float and cut them in a half just like that mothership! Not to mention taking their heart instantly like that. Shizz.

Layton
Bill
Reason: I'm assuming their fight as a fair one with normal HP bars. Bill Rizer got this imo, no matter how good Layton also is in his sword combat.

========================

Baymax
Link
Reason: It's mentioned that Link's dependent with his sword and shield, so I think there goes Baymax's advantage in doing combos.

Doomsday
Laharl
Reason: Totally this guy. He's been called Doomsday for a reason, though this will still be a pretty matched fight.

Xenomorph
Koh

Triangle
Emiya Shirou
Reason: Shizz, another close battle. But I think Triangle's the one that ended up having extreme durability compared to Shirou. It takes several seconds of spell for Shirou to be totally leveled up, and Tri doesn't need such long time to go berserk. Although, Tri's actually really kind that he avoids to do battle at times, but if he's really in the mood on battling someone, maybe that'll be another different story.

I haven't seen anyone properly defend Ness yet. I'm not going to vote since it seems pointless right now, but I'd like to see a proper argument on why he'd beat him.

I know this is more of a popularity contest, but I'm curious as to why people are voting for him.
