View Profile before you read this just want to credit styrx rixs for my pivot base ,he made it and allowed me to use it and if it wasnt for him,i would still be usng a crappy base.

CIXOT
STORY:after rocker quit his rhg gig he decided to settle down with his wife and have a child,Robert Davis. Robert as a young boy had strange powers.he was captured by a under ground association that uses elemental powers to build weapons,his father died trying to help him escape only for his father to find that his child's brain was wiped just before he died ,Robert looked in the mirror and found his name tag saying cixot in the mirror(toxic backwards) and knew that must have been his name.when he saw his father dead on the ground,something flashed in his mind.he then stumbled into rhg,like his father, only to find it was more violence,but he must take the risk in order to have peace in his mind
ABILITIES:able to control toxic fire balls,that poison the enemy
can form a toxic ax
can make a toxic shield
agile
immune to lightning
WEAKNESSES:water
sheild can only block gunfire,and other elemental range attacks
he is not agile when carrying his ax
toxic balls do not directly hurt the target but poisons them
gets weakened like 95% in water
when he looks at a scientist he gets stunned with fear because of the painful tests they did on hims
PERSONALITY:he is very childish,since he was not able to be raised
he doesnt like to be bossed around by actual authority
cixot is actually pretty tactical,besides the fact that he acts like that of a child
HISTLIST:blood blight-his fathers clan leader and best friend if anybody knows about his dad it must be him
pitch ender-once his fathers fellow comrade,so he heard,he wants to interogate him to see if he knows anything about his dad
habib-someone told cixot across his travels that a boy named habib was looking for gangsters,with a name very closely related to the gang that kidnapped cixot
the pewdie originz-he never of thought that one of his former clan mates(or current)could be related to his fathers murder,either way he ust interagate him.with or without force

View Profile You meant axe right?nonetheless,cool rhg although I suggest you add reasonable weaknesses,all of those are limits,although they still count as weaknesses I still think you should add some.
