Story:
Mr. Joker is one of the members of the police force. He is the one who most respect by other policemen. because of its ability he can manipulate the Spiral Power. Thats Why he called "Spiral Manipulators". One day he got the mission to escort a mayor who will be addressed in a region. Its job is simply ensuring that the Mayor's life is not threatened, but very many people who want to kill the Mayor it's because he likes to act arbitrarily. But Joker should protect it. But unnoticed by the Joker, the Mayor gets the "HEADSHOT" of a sniper. Mr. Joker into shock because his mission had failed but he never failed before. That's why he was fired from the police force after it the Joker decided to prove if he is not worthy of being fired. He joined the R.H.G.
