-Uses a kunai attached to a string? To pull the enemy to him or to throw him or her anywhere he wants.

-He only has one of his weapon that can get ripped or cut, disabling him to use it.
-His ice isn't indestructible and can be broken, shattered, or melted.

Story
Frazor was born on a planet where powers were used in their everyday lives. But while Frazor was still in the process of being born, a war broke out and his mom was forced to fight while pregnant. He heard what was going on outside, so he tried to get out of his mothers womb. Despite the effort, his mom died before his body could make it out of there.

When the war ended, an enemy soldier saw Frazer's head sticking out of the dead mother's... And the soldier pulled the baby out of it.The soldier took the baby to the army camp and grew him up to be a well rounded killing machine, but Frazor didn't know to control his powers and accidently killed his trainer. Later that day Frazor was subject to execution in 24 hours. He had to find a way off his home planet, then it hit him.

24 hours later, he was on the way to the place where he will get killed. While he was walking, he spotted the evacuation room. While the guards weren't looking, he ran to the room and took a space shuttle to a random planet. A few hours later he landed on earth where an Rhg match was held. He landed in the middle of a match and killed one of the gladiators. The guards kicked him out until Frazor learns to control his powers. So he went to a place where there was no people to kill accidently again to train until he's able to control it. 5 years later the incident of what happen 5 years ago faded away and it's like Frazer was never there before. He headed toward the Rhg coliseum to see his next match.
