Wtf this is absurd! Don't mean to be rude but he's broken AF. The only way anyone would stand a chance is if they didn't have a weapon, and even then you say you can summon other things so wtf! The concepts cool, but having a ridiculous copy ability (that allows you to wield it BETTER THAN THE OWNER) and having next to no weakness...

I'd say he's above average.

Maybe try making to so that he doesn't use the weapon better than the owner and they have a time limit. That's a start. Perhaps he can use every weapon from any RHG but only use each weapon once (but let's face it that's not much considering the number of weapons). It's a start. I can't come up with anything else yet.

Your page layout is so incredibly simple and I love it. So simple, yet so effective. It's neat and organized and I don't really see anything wrong with it other than a couple grammar mistakes. Though I would recommend putting the "Other" section simplified into your abilities section.

soo.... are you try to mention a normal gladiator. or Rhg gladiator?
if rhg gladiator. that mean this guy is seriouslly OP. why
example : he can summon Fordz's Dual Rocket Booster Schtye THAT only Fordz can use it. If this guy can summon that weapon, and use it better... OMG.
or summoning Umbrella's Umbrella,or Oxob's Gauntlet,or Andre's Hammer,or Nhazul's Cross. waw. this guy is awesome

After this question,I have to Redefine the power or this gladiators.

His power can summon and use all Gladiators,which is Entity and Sign up into RHG Data of weapons,Like Stracked RHG,His Rhg weapon(Bow and arow) is made by his power,but since it's Entity and Signed up into Data,so Arsenal can summon and use it.

More example,like my old RHG

He have a power called Craftsman Of light,which mean he can create weapon by light,but it's not a Entity weapon,so Arsenal can't summon and use it.

Use better then owner not mean Arsenal can 100% win when he use the same weapon with target,it means Arsenal can use the weapon in many different way that owners didn't think about it or can't do it.
Like Arsenal summon Nhazul's Cross,it doesn't mean he can use Nhazul's combo

OK When U said u can do all weapons what if rhgs like mine My rhg has no weapon of sort he just shoots aura blast or turn the aura to anything else?

My rhg can't use your power,only weapons

You have no weapon,then Arsenal's database get nothing

Mk, question, You can make ANY type of weapon? For example an organic weapon like something made of organic material, or can you only copy inorganic weapons, like metals and stuffs?

Edit: I don't mean animation wise, I'm just saying do can you copy anything that is labeled a weapon, like if one guy made a weapon made out of water, you can copy that? or can you only copy weapons for example another guy takes out a regular katana.

Lol this is a funny Rhg. Think he's a good match up against mine?

My Rhg (Boltz) can summon Any weapon he wants into an advanced state yet the weapons he brings up can Only be used and activated by him. (Along with some other abilities)

Won't arsenal have a problem with Boltz due to the fact he can't copy Boltz weapons?

Well yes. Technically his weapons are created from a solid form of plasma (don't ask me how that works I'm not questioning the science behind it). You explained it as he cannot copy something that is not a physical entity. It changes forms in the state of plasma therefore Arsenal cannot use his weapons. Unless I have this entirely wrong and I should just shut up as I have no idea what I'm talking about. One of the two.
