On Monday I'm starting hell week in high school football. And when I say football, I mean American football. Has anyone here had a bad experience playing the sport?

I got to the Finals in my 5th grade basketball team and lost to the unbeatable team by 1 point. Half the team was crying or taking apart their trophy's.

American football?
You play that sissy shit?
Go play rugby, or a sport that doesnt involve america butchering the name of one of our sports, and sissying up a version of one of our other sports.

I played football for a week and got bored. I actually did the same with all sports. They're just not entertaining to me. I did wrestle and play basketball for awhile thought. I just never signed up for basketball again and I quit wrestling because my parents' schedule wouldn't allow me to go to tournaments.

Well, all players on the field must be able to run, pass, kick and catch the ball. All players must also be able to tackle and defend. There is no blocking of the opponents and there are only five substitutions per game allowed for each team. A rugby match consists of two 40-minute halves. That is the basic rules...
