Update added in Bluvarth's hat, and more. Read the changelog if you wish to know all the stuffz. Also silently updated the Haggler's attack cool-down time and hitbox's for it's attacks.

GMR, I was wanting to contribute, but whenever I open either the Hat template or the Stage template it says, "Windows cannot open the folder. The Compressed (zipped) folder "insert directory here" is invalid.

When I try to open the hat template, its just an infinite loop of going from .zip to a .cpzg and back again. However, this could only be a problem for me because I am a mac user...
