I'll explain DeviantArt because that's what I use.
first you need to make a deviantart account.
then (i'm assuming you have flash) you export
(file>export>export movie) your animation as a swf file.
files can be uploaded to deviantart by clicking the submit button on the top of the deviantart page.
after filling in the title, description and other things you can submit it.
then all you need to do is post the link here and everyone can check out your stuff.
