I don't think you get how it works. 132112 is not 311322. Where does he get the 3 even from? It's one 1. So it's 11 then one 3 so it's now 1113. Then there's one 2. So it's 111312 now. Now there's two 1s. So it's 11131221. Then there's one 2. So in the end it's 1113122112.
