You attack the grid. Everyone on the grid is affected. Cos you know, its a bomb.
He cannot use it to attack the same grid twice. Ergo, your next question doesn't apply. But if it did, your single bait would bite him back 4 times.

Example scenario: Let's say P1 had target P2 with the homing-type bomb, while P2 made use of the sleeping bag he acquired. Will the bomb backfire and attack P1 instead if there are no other players nearby?
