Plant Manipulation/Creation:

Able to create plants and manipulate them, even giving them mutations or extra size, but cannot create certain plants in certain locations, for example Kuai cannot grow a rose bush in a desert, or seaweed on land. When being punched or thrown a far and deadly distance, he usually grows a large cotton shrub that softens his landing. Cannot grow plants on an animal (including humans) unless they have a seed implanted in them or around them.

Plant Telepathy:

Able to speak with plants through telepathy. When he touches someone's forehead, he can allow that person to also have Plant Telepathy until the connection is broken. (Telepathy for plants only)

Plant Mimicry:

Kuai is made of plants and can change form on command, from a small tulip to a large oak tree, he can make his body agile or heavy but strong, he is also immune to all types of poisons/diseases including paralysis and life threatening poisons/diseases.

Immortality:

He isn't immortal but in a sense he is, similar to a phoenix once he dies he is reborn as a seed in a random location on earth, once reborn it takes him 1-2 days to form completely depending on the damage taken from his last life. Even if he is caught on fire and turned to ash, his soul lives in Earth while his physical body is a reflection of Earths passion. After a week he gains his past memories again from all his previous lives.

Regeneration:

Since he is a plant he can regenerate almost instantly depending on the damage he's taken, if his arm is cut off it regenerates after 5-6 seconds, if his arm was burnt off it would take 15 minutes to regenerate. (Also cutting off his head still allows him to regenerate.)

Experience:

Being around 400M years sure as hell gives alot of fighting experience, mostly with animals trying to eat him but the first humans weren't happy with him either, and dinosaurs were his practice dummies.

Strength: 3/10 He prefers brain over brawn.
Speed: 5/10 He is as fast as a high school track runner.
Intelligence: For a guy being 400M+ years old and watching nearly everything evolve, he's way above 10/10 in Biology and Sociology, in other subjects such as math and literature, he sucks at.
Durability: 5/10, being a plant gives him a few benefits but he still can't withstand the pressure of a hammer slamming on him.
Dexterity: 8/10 Although he isn't good with hand to hand combat, he is able to move his opponent like a puppet with his countering techniques.

Fire and Ice.

He isn't a very close combat fighter, but he has taught himself a very powerful countering fighting style he made from watching martial arts evolve, that allows him to evade his enemy and keep distance.

Blunt weapons are deadly for Kuai, once a plant is cut it can regrow but when a plant is crushed, it takes WAY longer.

Toxic Waste/Acid

Explosives (Heat based)

Would never hurt someone without reason.

Hurting the plants he creates would cause him to slowly lose patience and go rage mode due to hearing the plants screams and cries from Plant Telepathy.

Kuai can change his appearance depending on what plant he becomes, his usual form are vines tightened to form limbs, examples of other forms include Oak Tree (Tall, slim, strong, Bushy afro hair), and rose bush (thorns with a bud as a head). Usually he never changes form unless trying to be stealthy or needs a boost in offense or defense. Though, he RARELY changes appearance.
