Hello People of Stickpage!

The fight between Zak and Dragonwings started on July 7th and ended on August 8th. I was expecting Dragonkun to to have his fight done at the 8th aswell(it was the deadline) but I couldn't reach him(I've been trying to contact him since one week before the deadline) and he hadn't done anything to reach me either. I left a visitor message telling him that he has till the 17th of August to contact me. And well, he's not here unfortunately. So I have to take this as a win.

Here's my animation. It was completed two hours before the deadline lol.

Tell me what you guys think ;)

add bends to the joints. they are like noodles. and yeah, add some SFX, that would add some power. also, dont use tweens so much. they change shape too much. you did pretty good tho, i enjoyed it.

Pretty good, SFX were needed of course, and try speeding it up a little, I felt like I was watching the whole fight in slow motion :\

work on the movements. it looked kind of strange considering the whole thing was just tweening. the background was pretty nice though

The main problem for me wasn't that it was too slow, but that all of the spacing was too even as a result of you tweening everything. I suggest you try to animate with more unique frames and adding some character to your spacing, as well as working on your stick construction. It'll take a bit longer to animate, but it will be well worth it.

I agree, that background was still pretty good.

Hey guys.

So going with the criticism head on first; I really didn't understand what you guys meant when most of you said everything was a tween until I analyzed at my own battle 7 times in a row. I then realized all the moments were shape tweens. Honestly, it's kind of my favorite because of how smooth it works but understandably, somethings just won't seem right if I make all of them like that. So, i'll try to make some individual poses instead next time like Root said. SFx, meaning Special effects, well, I'm still learning how to do certain things but i'll get there eventually.

And with the compliments; thanks! I didn't realize people would like the backgrounds since there were so many inconsistencies.

Thanks guys. I'm happy to hear the input from all of ya!
