Ok so you're like starving and you need some food so you decide to use the rest of the money you have (which is 10 dollars) to buy some food from this place across the road. You cross the street to get there but a cop stops you. You realize that you were so hungry that you jaywalked across the street. He says that the cost for the ticket would be 10 dollars and he wants you to pay it right then and there. So do you use that money to pay the ticket or get food?
