Your point? I can't do anything about people having names that should be blocked except stopping them from chatting in the global chat.

It's not a feature it's a code injection that's technically an exploit and is technically against the TOS but it is rather useful anyway.

Let's think of it this way.

CJ is trying to make 3 games at once here, while trying to deal with exploiters and pay people money.

His bottom and I mean BOTTOM priority would be banning offensive usernames.

No honestly I think it wouldn't even do to call it a priority. It would be an after thought to do if he got bored of having nothing to do.

I understand this to some extent... but if your priority is making money, and the behavior of slip, allah, etc. means you are losing membership revenue and player base... one would think that would be a priority...
