The watch is a special watch that only allows a person that is "special" to touch it or not blow up when they touch it.
The chosen people are well chosen by the people in the other dimension.
Since the watch was made in another dimension the probably have some really strong material to make this watch

-Azuro has the ability to control the watch [Because no one else can]

Azuro was always the lowest in everything.
School grades, swimming, athleticism, anything you could think of - He probably stunk at it.
One day he saw a watch on the floor outside his house, when he touched it, it brought him to a whole new dimension.
The people in the dimension said that he is the chosen one as he did not blow up on contact with the watch.
He had the ability to CONTAIN the power within it, and therefore he must keep it safe and protect the world with it.
Azuro then signed up as an RHG character.
This is just the start of Azuro's journey...
