I suppose Kronus wins by default since Kon's is unfinished. Overall, both anims have a lot of potential but there are some things that you need to do to fulfill it.
Kon - I'm not going to talk about how its unfinished. One problem is that its pretty choppy. This makes the movements hard to see since there aren't enough frames. Normally you would only use double+ framing for small movements but you're using it even in fast action. Another thing is that there isn't enough easing in and out. It makes the movements look unnatural and without force.
I like the choreography and the combos. It flows nicely and has a good pace. Working on the things above will make it even better.
Kronus - My only real gripe with the animation itself is that its choppy. Its looks fine but with more frames it would probably look better. You've already shown that you're a good animator. I think you could go beyond the animation and add some dramatic elements to it. Some story and context to the fight. You could also give the characters some personality. These things will make people more interested in the animation.

Your battle is unfinished and therefore you lose, simple as that, an rhg battle must be between two completed animations. You guys may extend the due date or kronos may take his win as is, your choice. But this will be binned.
I'll remove the links just in case you guys choose the former.
