This lag makes me want to smash my desktop

Me or my enemy arent lagging its just the game i even turned graphics to low still lag. Most of the time I just quit because the lag sometimes is hard to even play in.

It's either you or the other person, SE doesn't lag for me, so obviously evidence points towards you or enemy.

I would first try to establish it's not your own connection. Here are some pointers:
1) Wired > Wireless
2) Check your speed at www.speedtest.com
3) Make sure you aren't running multiple programs at once.
