I know there's a difference. I'm not that ignorant. But the 2 games are in general categorized as the kind of fighter that's "Easy to Learn but Hard to Master" and the character differences lay in the hitboxes, the animation frames, the damage differences, and stuff like special moves are put into the backburner or compared according to their combo potential or how much they can block or shave damage and do they cancel priority.

It's boring.

I prefer my 2D fighters. I honestly can't tell you why but they just feel right.

I absolutely hate the mortal kombat fighting system to be honest. It's nowhere near as dynamic as tekkens and in my opinion is also equally as boring as streetfighters. It is actually the epitome of everything Hewitt has a problem with.

Well Tekken has turned into a total juggler for the most part now so if you let your guard down, fights over. Moving along the axis n stuff makes it dynamic and has great combos. I get annoyed sometimes with street fighter with the amount of limited moves but unlike Tekken it won't turn to a juggle fest. Then again......more likely a footsie fest

But nah it's really up to the person, I like Tekken because the animation is better and it has my favorite characters.

I didnt like Tekken 5 because Im really into Tekkens story and in cases like Kazuya and Jins it was very little and small compared to the detailed cutscenes in the endings. Then theres the fighting, fighting system was improved I will say that, gave people better moves, but graphically and sound effects (im getting nit picky here)....it turned me off for some reason. I didnt feel the hits during my fights. It had a kickass intro though I will say that.

Ultimate Mahvel for the win. Anyway....
I was always better at tekken due to me being able to mash buttons, but I like street fighter too.
I'll go with street fighter.
