Those saying money vs. superpowers: Harry almost beat his ass and considering Batman as a lot more fighting training, I'd say Batman has a damn good chance.
Also, Spiderman got bit by a spider and became holy shitface. Batman trained for years and years. He just uses his parent's money to give him a boost.

Batman. Spiderman would get blown the **** out of by his tools, and if not, spider man would get his face caved in by batman's ninja fist.
Batman may have never fought a sand castle, but he would kick the giant sand castle's ass of he had the chance.

batman, He has so many gadgets, like his freeze pellets that would work towards his advantage, sure you can tie batman up, but batman would just freeze the web and shatter it. Sure Spidermans flexible/agile, but the bat mobile has fucking heat seaking fuckrockets to blast him out of the sky. He may not be able to hit him with ninja skills because of spidy sense, but if Batman uses his batmech thing he uses to fight bane, spidyman is fucked.
That and Batman is willing to do what other superheros won't. [ex: Hes willing to torture for information]

only in the dark knight comic books, in the original batman he wouldn't do shit. Dark Knight comic book batman wins, original batman gets the shit kicked outta him

batman isn't super, really. and niether is the punisher, and the punisher tortures for information, the worse i've seen the batman do was rough the guy up a bit.\
