Why?

Well plz explain why there isn't a sticky of each of Clan member's jobs so that everyone won't get mixed up.

I dont want to help lead a group with out knowing where the group should go. ( ;-; ).

If you want a serious post, the co-leader's job really is to help the leader delegate tasks. Sometimes this includes maintenance of the frontpage. Sometimes, this includes helping other members out in strengthening their anim weeklies. Sometimes, this includes following-up on existing tasks and projects. And sometimes when the Leader is unable or is retiring, the Co-Leader has the right to succede. Skill in animation is not really necessary unless that was one of the points the clan was formed (an example are clans like Zeta or NEMESIS, who will only invite people of a certain skill level).

Honestly though, this job description has lost its meaning over the years. Several factors including the decline of RHG Clans and a failure to moderate the system, have contributed to RHG Clans "failing" in general. They usually start up strong then do not do anything significant, with 90% of the threads' content just turning into a glorified chat thread. This happens everytime now, because of the lax safeguards (AKA allowing absolutely anyone including noobs to make any clan they desire), which our wonderful Admin is working on improving when the new website comes around.

so tl;dr, help your leader out, but in the longrun your clan will probably fail and not make alot of anims, if at all. And that's not your fault, but the system itself.
