Intermediate in hand-to-hand combat

Weaknesses

Can Only use his power up to 10 seconds before having to wait another 10 seconds.
This applies to ANYTHING (From lifting a pencil to causing someone to explode. He still must wait 10 seconds to use his powers again)


Story Time

As an adventurer Atlas traveled to various places around the world and ventured into many tombs and temples. Though one day on one of his travels, he found an alien-like artifact which gave god like powers with telekinesis. Though unaware of the guardian that resided in the temple, it cursed him and limited how much of the incredible power he could use.
