Totally Scar and Major Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist... Why? Scar: Just an awesome character in general, he's got a good backstory, his prowess in a fight is admirable, and I find his reaching out to other characters being rather funny and touching, considering he is a remorseless assassin... XD
As for Major Armstrong: I've always liked the big, strong characters in manga and anime, but Armstrong is another story, he's extremely entertaining, being overly emotional and strong morals. He's probably the most intimidating character in the series, but once you see underneath his tough exterior, you see a passionate and lovable character...

Okay, okay, okay... I totally forgot about Nina, but still, Scar is still a great character... Though Major Armstrong has always been my favorite character cause he shows to be a really passionate and caring person to his subordinates. Scar may not be like that, and despite he killed Nina, I still think he's a great character... *shrug*
