Bond has fought a lot of opponents over the years, but before I start looking at their Wikia, has Bond ever fought someone similar to the Agent?

In what portrayal do you have for agent 47? The dude is a game character that can be played as a murderous psychopath or a silent wraith.

If we go for the former, then bond is probably your best bet. While agent 47 could win because of being a powerful clone hitman, bond is a man of incredible stealth but most of all, stupid luck. His luck has saved him on numerous occasions, specifically death.

If we go for the latter, then we'd have a victory for agent 47. We can say in this scenario that Bond and Agent have the same levels of stealth. Agent simply wins because of how powerful he is as a assassin. (Implying mechanics from the game are moved into the real life scenario) With his health, strength and speed. The lucky bond would be outmatched.

I think it would be more interesting to see which Agent can do the best paperwork

It's a staple that these agents often have a hot secretary (or the rest of the beleaguered agency) doing that for them.
