Ah, I get it now. I'd note them for future reference.
Here, I've updated the file. See if it works now (need to skip my breakfast for some minutes lol): http://sta.sh/01jvlfrgwtwl

Here's mine i think i can improve this though

Adding to the youtube comment you've got there, I'd say make sure you try to move ALL the limbs. And yeah, an awesome tutorial on anticipation by Alan Becker = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8OtE60T8yU

And oh wait, is my animation back there not being included as jumps too? Or...?

Sorry man, didn't notice yours while editing :P

Haha love the style.
Alright, running's next! Probably two days would be enough, right?

Ahm finished: http://sta.sh/015c1r417wt9
My fastest progress for a run so far. Am already getting used to animate runs but there might be some flaws here and there. You can right click > Rewind if you want to watch the run without V-Cam movements.

Honestly it looks like he's speed walking more than running, don't you think? It is pretty smooth though.

Well, I hadn't looked around references so I just did what I could and kinda noticed some flaws in it. Also, I did this in 27 FPS because 24 could be even slower than this ^^"

EDIT: Not planning to add more silly reasons, but if I planned to do fast walking, I'd not bent the stick's back that much haha. Probably I should raise the feet bit upwards to get the run feeling.

This is actually fun.

1.) Yeah, that's not running. You need to "define" the poses more in such a way that it looks like he's running.

2.) Try not to "shade" for now. It's just giving you a lazy way out on how that certain limb is behind him. Do that when you've gotten a grasp on the basics.

3.) The head. The head isn't moving in motion with the body. In fact, I think it disconnected in 1 frame. Scary stuff.

Personal Note: Keep doing these basic movement practices and you'll be able to get better, sooner or later. Keep it up!

1.) Limbs are stiff. It's giving me the impression he's a robot.

2.) Give the legs and arms more time in the air(1 frame is good enough). You will not believe the effect of just adding an additional frame(You need to know what to draw and where/when to put it though)

3.) It feels like he's jogging/semi-running rather than a full on run. The back needs to be animated rather than a clear cut straight line.

Personal Note: It's better than majority of the run tests I've seen in a while so don't get discouraged about my C&C's. Keep it up!

Here's mine(Jumping):

I'm not sure if it's even considered a jump you guys wanted.

People underestimate anticipation so much.

If only they would actually animate just a few frames of anticipation in most of their actions, they would realize how much they're missing. Thanks man!

1.) Stop it with the horrible spelling. It is not funny. It is not efficient. It is not effective. You're wasting my time to C&C this animation because I have to wait for the animation to end(Which takes a fuck long) and don't expect me to right click+Rewind over and over again just to C&C.

2.) It looked more of a hop than a jump. That distance doesn't seem like what a jump would give off.

3.) Everything was so stiff.

Personal Note: Memes will never be funny in the realm of animation(Well, it's funny when executed right but so does everything else).

well sorry! Just trying to have fun, not intended to make you guys laugh really. Sorry if all of you guys know what it means but what does stiff mean in an animation? >.>
(dunno but I don't use bad spellings frequently, I just did that because it seems to fit to a noob guy.)

Yow S.A., Mine and Zero's isn't a running animation XD it's jumping. Pls change it
http://sta.sh/01azh82zxbpm Here's my second one
