By combining his powers, Phase can execute the following moves:

• Phase cutting - By phasing his hand into an object and then simultaneously making it more and less dense, Phase can cut through any object.
  
• Human drill - By becoming less dense and hovering above an enemy or object, Phase can quickly increase his density to tunnel a hole through whatever is below.
  
• Power punch - By selectively increasing the density of any limb, Phase can punch/kick harder with more force, enabling his attacks to do more damage.
  
• Shockwave - When giant, Phase can punch/stomp the ground to cause a miniature earthquake/shockwave which can either knock enemies down or damage the surrounding area, depending on the force of the punch/stomp.
  
• Density destruction - Like phase cutting, Phase can decrease the density of his hand to phase it through a person, then instantly increase its density inside the enemy (for example phasing his hand through someones heart, then increasing his density to destroy the heart completely).
  
• Organ annihilation - By shrinking and crawling inside an enemies body, Phase can reach different organs and use his strength to either pummel them or incapacitate them in some way (such as shrinking onto an enemies brain and punching it to mush, or entering the lungs and causing havoc).
  
• Optical sabotage - By shrinking onto an enemies face and crawling into their eyes, Phase can sever their optic nerves, rendering the enemy completely or partially blind.
  
• Killer Cancer - By shrinking into an enemies cell and entering the nucleolus (I know it looks like it is spelt wrong, but just google it), Phase can alter the genetic makeup of the cell, causing mutations which would lead to cancer.
  
• Atomic blast - By shrinking to subatomic sizes and punching an atom, Phase can cause an atomic blast which, well... its essentially an atomic bomb (this is a suicide move though, since Phase would get completely destroyed).
  
• Machine meltdown - By shrinking down and climbing inside tech such as computers or robot enemies, Phase can start destroying the internal hardware, causing the machine to start crashing and breaking.
  
• Cerebellum Shutdown - By deactivating his opponents Cerebellum, Phase can effectively disable his enemies sense of balance, movement preciseness or even complete control of voluntary movement.
  
• Subatomic Decapitation - By placing his palms on an enemies head, Phase can selectively shrink just the head to subatomic sizes, cutting off the head from the neck, leaving just a body.
  
• Memory Mishap - By climbing onto an enemies brain, Phase can selectively damage specific parts of the brain to remove certain memories.
  
• Kinetic Knockout - By shrinking and then enlarging to normal size while punching in an uppercut, Phase can use the kinetic energy to increase the force of his punch, potentially knocking out his enemy.
  
• Human Shield - Phase can increase his density and use his body to protect others from attacks, such as projectiles.
  

During WW2, many nations were building their own Super-Weapons, Germany was designing the Atomic Bomb, Britain was mastering Decription devices, and the United States were designing Machining Factories to produce weapons and ammo without the work effort of Man Power.

But, when Italy was in the war, they hired specialised Atomic Physicists from Germany, to work on Project "DSS". Project DSS (or Density Shifting Suits) were to create Specialised Armoured Soldiers to becoming impervious to bullet shells and Anti-Tank Missiles. When the Allied Forces had landed on Italy's Beaches, the Project, which was now in Beta Testing was cut off Funding. With the now Limited Budget, the Scientists couldn't build anymore suits, so they simply used what they had. The Beta Testers realised that, these suits not only protected them from kinetic energy, but could also pass through curtain atomically dense objects such as walls, Incident 1 was when one of the Testers fell through the floor, so they had updated the suits with the remaining budget, making curtain parts of the suit dense, instead all at once. That was the final upgrade before the Allied Forces pushed up Italy and had taken the facility. MI5 appeared on the scene and had taken these Suits, numbering up to 4 suits. They attempted to decode what were these suits were for, but all the scientists were killed off by arrogant American Forces. With no intelligence upon these suits, they simply placed them in storage, to get dusty.

Skip ahead to 1993
Meet 19 Year old Rhys Harvey, a MI5 initiate. A crisis breaks out in Georgia, a civil war sparking aggression between Russia and British Supported Georgia, Mr.Harvey gets assigned into a group to ship some supplies over to Georgia. But before he leaves, he ends up getting into the Storage Department of MI6, to collect some supplies for the trip. Then, he comes across a crate containing the Shifter Suits. With a strong interest in them, he takes one of the suits illegally, and takes him with him to Georgia, from there he manages to get it operational during the night. He leaves his team behind, reporting Missing In Action to MI5, and then begins using the suit as a weapon against the Russian backed Rebels. Then he realises why there was only 3 Suits at the time, the fourth one was taken, and was operational, being used by a Georgian Rebel named Vederic, an double agent gone rogue in support of the Georgian Rebels. Rhys and Vederic end up fighting, ending up as a costly victory to Rhys. Rhy had killed Vederic with a AK 47, point blank to Vederic's Face... since then, guns reminded him of Vederic... which is why he never used a gun again. Rhys had taken up the name as Phase and became a Rogue MI5 agent in England, protecting it from several Terrorism, and various villains.
