Quote from Not_NishThe sack counts, doesn't it?
The sack? Or storage sack?
On second thought, don't answer that.
Quote from theTDguyGetting the Playmobil pirate ship I always wanted. I think I was 9 when I got it. It was actually a surprise gift from my father and the fact that it was too expensive of a toy to get added to the moment. I still have it and it's actually serving still as a decoration in my bedroom to this day feeding me nostalgic aura.
I've always wanted that. One of you guys could prolly afford it. Christmas is near. *hint hint*
Best present I received? Education.

Best gift or weirdest? Once I received a finger cast as a gift. That was pretty weird considering my fingers where fine. I ended up using it ironically when I broke my finger a few months back.
Best gift? Head.

Good to know. And I see that you've been inactive since 2012, then today you suddenly came back.

I'm curious. Not alot of people have talked about gifts from their parents as kids. Like, did you all just take that for granted or were they really crappy gifts of love?

Best gift?
Kid: I received this big tub of legos from my parents. Was like 3 when I got it. Never stopped playing around with it until I got to 8 or so. I still have it actually, stuffed away in my closet.
Now: My laptop.

I didn't like building things per se. I liked making huge armies with them then RPing wars and stuff. Got me into RTS, my first was Kingdoms and Total Annihilation.

My dad had bought these super cool Beyblades for me and my elder bro, when I was 9 and bro, 12. It had this gear system that activated when its trigger was hit, which increased the spin speed and created a pattern of attack. The cherry on top? It was Dragoon and Dranzer!
Funny thing is, I just realized my dad didn't know a thing about Beyblades or cartoons. Now I can appreciate that awesome gift even more. Dads rock.
Thanks hewitt~
(i still have it btw)
