he is member of our clan and we are working on a collab, kindly, please help

Did you make sure to put actual bananas in your PM. Mods tend to prefer bananas because theyre a dying breed

This is kinda hard to troubleshoot without more information directly from him. Get him to contact me on IRC or some other way so I can get the information I need to figure out why he's seeing that message.
