please help!
user Anime-Vishal can't seem to log into his SP account

he isn't banned or ever have been, but his ip is block
he is member of our clan and we are working on a collab, kindly, please help

edit:
he said he never even had a single infraction
but this shows up

Mark, I find it best that they respond to fruit baskets and terms of endearment.

Or, you could just PM them directly.

Did you make sure to put actual bananas in your PM. Mods tend to prefer bananas because theyre a dying breed

This is kinda hard to troubleshoot without more information directly from him. Get him to contact me on IRC or some other way so I can get the information I need to figure out why he's seeing that message.
