Well you didn't ask for CnC but your anatomy needs a lot of work. Better than anything I can do though.

Don't even fucking think I didn't see that blank hand during the animation. Don't be lazy, people notice shit like that.

Ultimately, work on anatomy. I know that anime is "awesome" and easy to draw, but try learning how to draw a person before you decide what you want to go with.

Also more keyframes. Use a few guides when working on fullbody. Not even the most talented of animators stab at fullbody without knowing how many frames they need to perfect a movement. You might be able to get away with it with sticks, but not with fullbody.

Practice drawing and practice learning frames as you learn to draw as well.
