After the "Your favorite fictional character" thread, I thought I could do something similar but this time with villains.
Although villains are usually not the ones to root for, some can have great charisma, character or other cool aspects. Some of them can have character development that you wouldn't expect or are just soo evil and mean that you just love them.
My own personal favourite villain is Tarquin from OOTS who has a great and unique concept as in being dangerously genre savvy.
