Story (Click to Show)
Cody was just the average, run-of-the-mill CEO of the corporate giant, Blok. He was well liked by all his coworkers and employees. He was well-off, well-liked, had two great kids, and a beautiful, intelligent wife. Almost everything was perfect in Cody's life. Almost. The one thing holding him back from a near perfect life was his hoarding . He had about ten large storage warehouses full of miscellaneous items, ranging from pre-BC era to the modern age of technology. His obsession was becoming a problem, all the people in his life were slowly drifting away from him, but he could not remove himself from the draw of the hoard.
One day, he was making his rounds about the flea market, saying hello to all the vendors, recent and old, and buying anything he found interesting, and oftentimes forgetting that he had already gotten similar items. He had garnered so much stuff, that when the hooded man crossed his path, he didn't notice until they were both on the ground. Cody got up, apologizing profusely, and lifted the other man to his feet. The hooded man offered him a strange looking pouch covered in nearly unnoticeable markings. Cody looked the satchel over, asking, "How much would you want for this beauty, bud? And you're new here! Who are you?"
The man smiled. He said simply, "I'm a friend, and the satchel is free, at least for you."
Cody looked down at the pouch, saying, "Thanks, but I..." He stopped mid sentence. The man had disappeared into the flea market crowd. 'Oh well.' thought Cody, 'I'll find him back here next time.'
He grabbed all his fallen items and the satchel, and walked to his nearest storage space. When he entered the space, he set everything down but the satchel. He looked into a convenient mirror at the entrance of the space, and put the satchel around his hip. He felt a large jolt of energy run through him. He suddenly felt strange, and thought to himself, 'I guess he tricked me...' However, the feeling quickly left him, and when it left completely, Cody had to admit, that whatever had just happened, it had increased his physical condition significantly. As the CEO of a large company, he was not easily stymied, but the satchel around his waist had done it.
The strange empowerment from the satchel made him want to see what other abilities the artifact would hold. He decided that he would go home first, and he would take some of his purchases with him. Several items would make for perfect small gifts. He slid a random book signed by its author, a shakey-weight, and a set of antique pens into the pouch. 'Wait. What? How did that fit?' Cody looked into the satchel. None of the items were there. Just a dark void. Cody searched the satchel for any holes or imperfections. Nothing. He began wishing that he at least had the book, his wife would have loved it. Suddenly, the book popped out of the satchel and into his hand.
"Holy sh*t! What the actual f#ck happened there?" shouted Cody. There was obviously something strange going on here. He wished for the pens and the weight to come out. They fell onto the floor with a thud. He stood up in wonder and scanned the room for the biggest things he could find. His eyes landed upon a sculpture cmade by an artist in Italy, during the Renaissance period. He approached the sculpture and began focusing on drawing it into the satchel. When he reached a few meters away, the statue began flying towards him. He flinched and covered his face. Between his fingers, he saw the statue shrink and fly into the satchel. He removed his hands from his eyes and began to dance in anticipation. Forgetting to remove the statue, he went for the next biggest thing, a solid oak armoire. When he got close enough, the armoire entered as well. He entered a state of near insanity, and absorbed everything until he emptied out the entire locker. When he finished, he realized what he had just done.
'This satchel is one of the greatest things to have ever happened to me! I don't even need the warehouses anymore!' He began the walk to his house with a happy skip in his step. A familiar figure appeared over the horizon. He began to run. It was the man who had given him the satchel. As he approached, a small smile grew from under his hood. "Bud, listen to me!" said Cody. "This satchel is amazing!"
"Sure is," replied the man. "It chose you itself." At Cody's questioning look, he laughed. "You'll see in time. Now, listen close. Instead of monetary compensation, I want you to do me a service. There is a fighting group called the Gladiators. The Rock Hard Gladiators. I want you to enter the group and fight in it."
"But... Why?"
"Just do it."
"Heh, okay, Mr. Labeouf."
"I've been following you for a long while, and I still don't know why it chose you." The man tipped his head and walked away over the horizon.
Cody walked home and spent the rest of the day with his family, and had an impromptu party with friends until the next morning. After he woke up, he emptied out the rest of his storage spaces, and tracked down the RHG group. Today, he fights with a smile on his face and satchel on his hip, happy to meet new people, and to pay off his debt.

Fake story (Click to Show)
He was just a child when he lost his parents and friends, created a magical weapon/suit of armor via science, lost his favorite food, was kidnaped and experimented on, and wanted all the money. Oh, wait. That's everyone else. Sorry. (Especially to those who I'm placing in a commonality when you really aren't)
Colors: Cody- orange, Delores- cardboard colored (don't care if exact)

Weapons (Click to Show)
Anything in his satchel; stuff he's hoarded or captured from his enemies; the satchel itself as well.
The satchel doubles as a ball and chain if needed.
You'd find a lot of junk if you went into his satchel (he can put you in it), but there is some good stuff (guns, swords, pens, etc.). His satchel is basically the deus ex machina of weaponry (but mainly garbage (which he can still fight with)).
Cody's satchel is inanimate, but he calls it Delores (del-or-rays). He can capture people, weapons, and projectiles in the satchel. Cody catches something by spending a jiffy (33 picoseconds) of focus upon it. It can absorb things a short distance away (about five meters). It takes slightly longer to take things in the larger they are, meaning, the capturing process, not the time spent focusing.
Once caught, Cody can summon the item out by opening it, and commands what comes out with his mind, but he prefers to conjure things at random.
About 360 metric tons of mass could overflow it, and it is already about a third filled. When overflown, it creates a small black hole type manifestation that sucks everything within a half-mile into the satchel, with the exception of Cody and Delores, and shortly everything will be forcefully ejected (run if this happens, Cody will try to delay the effects to save the enemy).
When he is separated from the satchel, if it is within two meters of him, he can access all the abilities attributed to it. If an enemy tries equipping the satchel, it will not work. If an enemy tries using the satchel, though, it will suck them in.

Personality (Click to Show)
Cody approaches everything with a care-free and open attitude, loves to see what's in his satchel during a battle, takes joy from new experiences and abilities, does not get angry very often, except when people don't call his satchel Delores with the right pronunciation (he get most angry when you pronounce it, de-lo-ris) or when people call Delores a purse. He also refers to everyone as bud. If you play D&D, he would be a Lawful Neutral.

Enjoys laughing at projectile users. A lot. No, seriously. A lot.
Is fast, but doesn't like to rush down or charge
Uses many weapons from his satchel when engaged close up
Shoots projectiles and absorbs incoming when engaged at long range
Prefers close range
Yells the occasional bad pun, because why not
Does RHG purely because the hooded man told him to, will not go for kills until deemed necessary, keep in mind does not mean he won't kill

Has no weapons if he doesn't have his satchel and wallet, easier to defeat without
The larger an object, the longer it takes to take in
Has a range of 5 meters
Can only absorb matter and energy
Strong willed humans/objects are difficult to capture

Again, this is a placeholder, I'm working on making an actually good remake.
Stats (Click to Show)
STRENGTH: 7/10.
Strength measures how much damage a gladiator can do, 1 being no more than scratch damage and 10 being able to destroy a city in one fell Falcon Punch.
Cody can deal above average damage and wield extremely heavy weapons, weighting up to 6,000 pounds, but he has well set limits, like he does not own the ability to lift 24 tons. If he were trained, he could kill several normal humans in one punch.
DURABILITY: 6/10.
Durability measures how much damage a gladiator can take as well as how much endurance they have, 1 being able to take only a few hits before they're down and 10 being able to survive getting hit by a nuclear bomb... to the balls.
He can be smacked by a Range Rover with minimum damage and survived an angry giant stepping on him unscathed.
SPEED: 7/10.
Speed measures how fast a gladiator's reflexes are as well as how fast they can run, 1 being stationary and 10 being able to beat Sonic the Hedgehog in a race.
Cody moves at the speed of Usain Bolt at a constant rate, but is slower than a speeding bullet.
DEXTERITY: 5/10.
Dexterity measures how accurate a gladiator's strikes are as well as how graceful and agile they are, 1 being a living wrecking ball and 10 being gifted with flawless accuracy and coordination.
Cody's dexterity is average, but he hits bugs with a swatter consistently.
INTELLIGENCE: 6/10.
Intelligence measures how cunning and tactical a gladiator is, 1 being a brute who just charges into the fray and 10 being a mastermind who exploits every flaw in an opponent.
He boasts above average intelligence, but is much less intelligent than Stephen Hawking.
Abilities: 14/20.
Abilities determine how powerful your gladiator's superpowers and equipment are, 0 being devoid of any abilities and 20 being able to wield many high-level abilities like banhammers and nuclear lasers.
I don't know how I should rank this stat, you guys tell me. I'm going to put it at 14 for now.
TOTAL POINTS: 45/70.
Total Points determine just how powerful your gladiator is- no gladiator should fight an opponent more than 2 classes apart from them, unless if the underdog gets some sort of Deus Ex Machina. 5-29 is underpowered, 30 is rudimentary, 31-34 is weak, 35 is simple, 36-39 is below average, 40 is average, 41-44 is above average, 45 is strong, 46-49 is powerful, 50 is scary, and 51-70 is overpowered.

*Side Notes* (Click to Show)
Cody is a notorious hoarder, he hoards everything in his satchel.
Delores is the name of his grand-mother.
Cody carries his wallet, which is full of easily used weapons, like credit cards, coins, keys, and dollar bills. Completely weaponizable, so he can use those things to fight as well.
Cody has a terrible long-term memory, and tends to forget anything he placed in his satchel after a week or so, and may forget even in the heat of battle.

FAQ (Click to Show)
Q- Can items within Delores interact?
A- Yes, especially if one of the items in question is alive.

A- Yes. In fact, the item can gain or lose momentum depending on how fast Cody wishes for it to come out.
Q- When within Delores, does a moving object keep moving?
A- Nope. All the kinetic energy of an object entering Delores is converted into potential energy, restored only upon exiting.
Q- Are objects being sucked into Delores gravity bound?
A- Nope. When something is in Delores' "grip," gravity and inertia have no effect on said object.
Q- Can objects be send out of the satchel at different speeds?
