If its a GIF then upload it first in Imgur or Lightshot then copy the code

If its not GIF then well i can't help you
GIF doesn't go that far to go interactive. None of it were possible until now, because GIF is an image format that works like an animation.
Well in Flash, you make it interactive by pulling up some effects, or put up some button interface that will go directly to the link, or just simply add some good stuff on it (e.g Digital Clock, Mini-Games, Short Anim, etc.) But to do that, you're have to through some procedures, something like coding or anything like that. Also, the creativity of the art was pretty (maybe a bit?) common for some cool stuff in it. So, make it happen, if you can.
