The grenade xploded, but left no damage on the tower, only ash marks where the psychic shield had contained it. Apparently the wall won't respond to brute force.(The tower still has a set solution. And set awesome loot. But only one person can get the thing/things inside.)

In the process of smacking the wall wildly, Para ended up hitting the brick that was a button, opening a door in the wall that smacked him. He was relatively unharmed. The group walked in, and were suddenly met by another puzzle. It involved a hallway covered in needle-like spikes, several dog statues, and a key hanging over a pit filled with acid. (Writer's block again.) (the puzzle was easy, wasn't it? You don't always need to attack everything I send your way.)

"Of course he can, just let him finish or he will kill you."

Xiu's telekinesis worked, and brought the key over to the group. When they looked around however, there was no keyhole, leaving them wondering what to do...

"The Magician's meditation lets him gain energy, and it allows him to see beyond what normal people can. Now go!"

The woods slowly closed in around them as they began to walk in, talking as they went.
