This is most likely gonna be my last post, I need to sleep, or tomorrow, I will be miserable. And people will die.

Michelle went towards the healer and asked if he/she could heal her the healer nodded and in a few moments she was healed. Michelle looked at her hands and feet that were previously filled with cuts but now their were none, she felt great again. She then proceeded to walk back towards Adam which whom was currently talking to Venor about something.

With a swift slash of his blade across the air above him, Iskandar, King of conquerors, summoned a massive bolt of lighting a mere ten feet in front of him. The lightning crashed into the ground recklessly as his two trusted steeds appeared from the smoke. The two mighty horses were carrying a chariot behind them, which crackled with lightning. A spear protruded from the center of each wheel, ready to cut down any opposition. Iskandar, King of Conquerors hopped onto his chariot which was massive enough to support his mighty figure. gripping the reigns tightly in his hands, he ushered his servants to fly him in the direction of the forest. There wasn't anything to be conquered in a mere village, though the people there might be able to supply the King with a drink and a good story or two. Riding off into the desert wind, Iskandar, King of conquerors proclaimed, "Glory lies behind the horizon. Challenge it because it is unreachable. Speak of conquest and demonstrate it!"

Venor-Define appropriate...Yes, I think it should be enough for you two, until we reach the next stop...

He was leaning against one of the buildings, with his head down, and arms crossed under his cloak

Venor-I also think you should get some sleep...both of you...We don't know when we will reach that "Next stop"

???-Venor is such a good being! Caring about his new...human...friends...Isn't that just hilarious...

Adam tilted his head, "I sense a demon in you Venor... Are you all right?" He asked, he touched his silver gauntlet to Venor's sternum, searching for any foreign presences in his friend's body...

Edac's short temper got the best of him

Edac: I need to know if we are on the same page or not!

He took a breath ,knowing of his angry tone, and closed his eyes.

Edac: every one I knew were burned to death,I need to be stronger,I need the artifact

As Michelle got nearer to Adam and Venor she heard Adam saying that Venor had something in him she didn't really quite hear what he said so as soon as she was within their hearing range she said "What did you just say about Venor having something Adam?" Michelle asked curiously.

Light from Venor's eye slightly faded, got weaker. He pushed himself off the wall, so that now he was standing straight.

Venor-I thought we already went through this...Why would you bring it back now?...

???-Uh-Oh... he's onto something...He almost got it right!... There's no demon here, you brainless brute...Only Venor, and his insanity...

The voice chuckled again, and if Venor could, he would feel shivers going down his spine.

Vents looked at the angry man. His eyes showing he was uninterested with the scene unfolding around him. He thought of the reason that he wanted the artifact. It was a heavy burden. He didn't need anymore obstacles. He simply stared at the man. He wasn't planning on giving up any information. If he wanted to lift the weight off his shoulders he couldn't let anyone else stand in his way.

Michelle then was sensing something suspicious about Venor "hey Venor whats wrong?" Michelle asked worried taking a small step back.

Rovivrus looking at the man starts making his left eye change to the demon eye again and slowly starts getting out his switchblade"Another interruption? Oh come on first the scarecrow and physic girl and now this guy?I wonder what your fears are."Rovivrus quickly looks at Grace and vents getting into a defensive postion.

Slowly, Xiu opened her eyes to an upside down world. Her clothes and hair floated aimlessly around her, although gravity had started to win out and she was slowly sinking as well.

She remembered everything, Grace's offer and Rovivirus' warning, but instead of reacting to both she floated there processing, wondering about the group she had joined. Rovivirus didn't trust her, that was a given. Flashes of the punishment the Huijun Clan would inflict on her before she was exiled flashed in her mind once more. Being bound up and flogged endlessly, only kept alive to endure more pain, and locked in a sealing chest. With the exception of dogs, Xiu shuddered at the thought of all her worst fears put together. And he did all of that with a glance.
Ling and by extension Xiu had experience fighting both being trained in martial arts and psychic power from a young age, but she had never met someone who could perform such a debilitating attack on her.
Grace was definitely younger than her, but from her eyes it was clear that she wasn't human, or at least she wasn't like any human she had seen or read about. From what little she knew about, Xiu sensed speed and ruthless. She wouldn't hesitate to kill her even if she was joking earlier. Without a barrier set up ahead of time...an image of the tree exploding beside her filled her mind.

And she wanted to trust Vents, she wanted to trust all of them, but fear made it really hard. Despite his niceness, Xiu had known men like him, Assassins, and they all could kill without so much as feeling an emotion. And despite her terrible joke, the truth was that she had never killed anybody. She was afraid to and found that running away or incapacitating them was always a better option. But if Xiu was going to survive the ordeal, she needed strength, and Para alone was not enough.


Looking at the Scarecrow, she silently moved her lips, "T-E-L-L T-H-E-M?" she asked.

Waiting for his response, she continued to float, feigning sleep to watch the reactions of the others.

What she did not expect was Grace being afraid of spiders. Without betraying her disguise, Xiu carefully pulled them off of Grace, the yellow eyed girl still panicking.
She's just like Brother...
Crying, Grace embraced Vents. Xiu felt her face grow hot once again, but she refused to acknowledge it.
I should really stop floating upside down
A strange thought considering she had been sleeping upside down just fine.

Smoke came down from the tower and a man appeared. Xiu sensed something from the man in armor, but it wasn't the same magical energy as that of the orb. Discretely, she charged a lightning bolt in her free hand, still floating upside down. The other three responded appropriately as well, drawing their weapons, all though they didn't notice Xiu.

Then the man claimed he was looking for the artifact.
Xiu's gripped tightened at the word "Artifact". She swore she would resurrect her brother with its power and use it to end death once and for all. Naively she didn't think that anyone else would be searching for it. This man was proof that if she wanted it she would need to fight, and she would need to kill.

Defiantly, Grace claimed her group of three where after it as well and that they already had five people in there group. She assured that people would die.

Xiu's eyes opened wide as the bolt in her hand disappeared. A blue ball of fire appeared next to her, but no cat jumped out.

Ling I didn't think they....that they would be looking for it too...
It's a big, dangerous world out there Xiu...
But if I don't get the artifact...
Listen, I made my choice and I'm fine with it!
But I can bring you back!
But you would have to kill for me...can you live like that?
Anything...I'd even d-
No...I didn't save you...just so you could die for me!
Brother...

Ling's spirit disappeared in a flash as Xiu finally landed on her feet.
"Good morning..." she lied rubbing her eyes.
She didn't want them to know what she knew.

*Para, hearing all the commotion, returns to the group with his new weapon in hand. He named it batman.

Para: well I certainly missed much. So, who is the new person?

I've only had batman for a few minutes and it's already my favorite weapon.

Vents put his hand in his jacket pocket gripping the C-blade. After his sparring match with Rovivrus, he was itching for a real fight.

Vents: Well Mister, you just gonna stand there?

He gave a mocking smile.

Vents: Or are you gonna try to force the information out of us?
