- Abilities:
Alta can summon fire with her hands and throw fire balls at others. also she can sneek around without anybody noticing and choke them

- Weaknesses:
Alta's weakness is ice, and when she uses her power too much, she gets weakened.

- About/Story: when Alta was 10, she was in a car crash, and a big truck full of toxic things got into her blood, and now she can make fire with her hands.

For the abilities, instead of having it say "she can sneak around without anybody noticing" change it to she is very stealthy because that is kind of overpowered in my opinion.
And if toxic things got into her blood, wouldn't she be dead?

No, toxins in blood gives superpowers. But in real life, the only explanation is that the toxins activate/mix with a strange mutagen in the specific person's DNA, resulting in a strange ability to generate fire from body parts. But magic works as well.
