No that's where you ask about a banned person. A Bandar was a list of everyone who got banned and since lots of people were getting banned those days for one reason or another, it was pointless and it'd include dedicating even more of my free time to this site which would go unappreciated anyway.

Combo of highlights sounds good. Problem is, this forum is so huge that the sub-sections have no unity. So everyone is not taking anything that happens here for granted, and are just selfish little shits living in their own worlds.

No one goes about their business on Stick Page thinking "oh this thread is so quality, I'll suggest it at the end of the year". I know I never did.

The only way to motivate people for it here is to make a competition out of it and offer a prize for the person who suggests best/funniest/etc thread. And maybe have a selection of judges too, like Stick Page has talent or something.
