Settle a debate for me, Stickpage. What is the greatest training montage ever put to screen?

There are a lot of factors to consider here: inspiration, cultural impact, character development, etc. Balance them as you like.

Use whichever Rocky montage is your favourite. Rocky 3 is provided for your convenience.

Now I love me some Rocky, but Mulan strikes home with me...
I vote Mulan.

Haven't actually watched Rocky before, but compared to Mulan, it shows the actual training bit of a 'training montage' much better than Mulan. In Mulan, they're bad and then they're just kinda great. The transition from bad to good is somewhat lacking, and so I'll vote for Rocky.

Also hey there Zed, haven't seen you around for a while.

Watched both, Mulan is better, though that may because I was always more familiar with it.
