What happens to adobe flash cs6 when installing windows 10

Will I have to reinstall flash cs6?

Upgrading windows keeps all of your files in tact, therefore installing windows 10 will not delete flash

depends on what's your installation method
If you choose to upgrade method and choose 'Keep my personal files, settings, and apps' option, then you don't have to reinstall Adobe Flash CS6
