I check my stuff here everytime I login to other internet cafes but I just can't. Sometimes it does but it just logout even though i'm not clicking logout every time I refresh the site or click something like the RHG Section. Pls help me especially mods, I want to have access to my account if I want to.

Maybe you get logged out all the time because you are on a cafe's Internet. The Internet there may automatically log you out or something.

Is there an error? If none. Then just check "remember me" before logging in.
If that did nothing, it probably is the cafe's internet.
