I like his powers and abilities. They work well within the constraints of his weaknesses, and prevent some weaknesses from being overly detrimental. Of course, this guy is a classic example of the Mighty Glacier trope. Nevertheless, I like what you got going.

Thanks mate! took a day actually to edit and animate, and yeah, you got my character pretty good :P although i'd say hes more of a lightning bruiser

Also, him having an Anvilbat seems kind of pointless, because obsidian is very brittle and breaks pretty easily.
