There is a more lag free and crash free way to project your tablet on to the screen. Check out Mobizen and follow their directions for amazing results. It isn't an emulator, but it projects your tablet on to the screen, with minimal to no lag, for a better recording experience. (only works for Android)

Does it allow you to turn the movement into a D pad? otherwise you can only move it with the mouse.
