"Wait a second...if you are here, than who is..." It had to be either Sora or Nil, obviously... "...Are you suuuure, this is a good idea?" She raised her eyebrow and slipped a mocking smile. She still felt kind of awkward around Pascale, at the same time, feeling like Pascale felt a little "weird" around her as well. Well, they both did something, that they shouldn't do, be it to each other, or their friends in general...
"Anyway...I believe you know what you're doing..." Her mocking smile, just became an honest one.
Chi extended her hands, virtualizing her blades, spinning them a couple of times, then assembled them back, and strapped to her back. "Let's waste no more time then!" With a slight jog, that turned into sprint, she headed in the direction that Pascale was pointing at.

"Don't worry," Nil says the to group from reality. "I'm no computer whiz, but even I can handle things if I get the instructions. I'll keep an eye on things, so you all just make sure to get back safely."

The landscape continued to shuffle as floating land faces crashed into or passed by one another.
Chi, Chubs, and Pascale ran across one open corridor from one island to the next.
"If I remember correctly...The tower should be to the east of here...Right Nil?"
As she said this, a floating mountain moved out of the way to show the Tower in the distance. Problem was that it was seperate by hundreds of meters of islands floating at different heights, some linked with path's but mostly separated by dense fog.
"I guess now would be a good time to mention that we don't want to ever take our chances and fall down there."

"Geez. I think I can guide you all directly to it, but the way the landscape shifts, it'll be a bit tricky getting the timing down."

"I don't think we actually have much of a choice here Nil...unless we can somehow make them, to stop moving...which I highly doubt..."
Chi was observing all those moving islands, trying to figure out if they were moving in some sort of a pattern.

Upon closer inspection, it appeared that the platforms were each rotating on their own axis, occasionally spinning into each other and combining to form a path, or splitting up and moving away from each other. The platform with the tower was larger than the others, enclosed on one half by a mountain enclosure. It was also spinning.

"Ok, looks like they're on fixed paths. Still not seeing any enemies, so it shouldn't be too hard getting you across, so long as we time it right. Y'all ready to go island hopping?"

"I guess...just tell us where and when, and we'll be right there."
Chi stretched her arms and legs, as she was getting herself ready, for some kind of a competition. From the side, it might've even look kind of funny, especially considering the fact, that this sort of activities probably weren't too effective in the virtual world.

"Merde..." cursed Pascale under her breath as she sheathed her glowing red katana.
To her and Chi's shock, Chubs effortlessly ran up in front of them and leapt like a graceful swan, sticking the landing perfectly. He looked proud of himself but looked back and then quickly returned to his normal stoic expression.
Show off...
Taking a deep breath, Pascale, walked back and then ran and jumped at the edge. Landing far onto the next platform and stumbling a bit.
After a quick set of stretches, Chi arrived on the platform without any trouble at all.
"Seriously?" she muttered to herself.
Must be because they've already been here before...
"10 more to go..." complained Pascale.

After everyone safely lands, Nil notices some blips appearing. "Guys, looks like you've got trouble. Five red blips just showed up from the edge of the next platform. They may be crawling up from the bottoms. Keep your eyes peeled; I doubt it's going to stay easy. I'll let you know if any show up behind you, so keep your eyes forward and to the sides."

Chi heard them first, now as crawling critters, but the humming of wings. Pascale and Chubs warry of Nil's warning, but unaware of the real danger, hurriedly leapt to the next platform.

"Oh...great...company...Just what we needed" Chi decided to wait for a while on the previous platform, listening.
"Remember those things from the last time?...They weren't...buzzing, were they?" Just now, she jumped after Pascale and Chubs. "Lets make it to the biggest platform possible, before we pick a fight, hows that? We might need some space for maneuvering..."

Unfortunately, the enemies had a different idea, appearing from below the farther off platforms as Chubs, Chi, and Pascale reached the next platform. They were flying. There was a straight rock path to the next couple of platforms.
The enemies resembled giant wasps flying ominously at the trio.
"How the heck, am I supposed to get them if they're flying!?" complained Pascale as she pulled her sword from its sheath. A bolt of red energy flew from her sword as she pulled it out, flying into the air and knocking one of the enemies off course.
"Whoa..."
[Pascale has done 10 dmg to ???]

"Hey, hey, did you guys make contact? They're moving a lot faster than I thought those spider things could move, and it may just be the screen, but it looks like the gap didn't phase them."
Feb 25, 2016 8:10 PM #1439531
"Probably because these are not spiders! They look more like wasps...or birds. I dunno, they fly!" As Chi was saying these words, she began to spin up both of her weapons. Then, she threw one of them, aiming at the nearest group of monsters.
